Exceptional apartment. Perfectly clean, comfortable, welcoming hosts. Location close to the Cathedral, we walked through the park and visited by the way the Fortezza Medicea - worth efforts!

Everything is perfect

Great location in quiet residential area though just 10 mins walk from Piazza Grande. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Very welcoming and helpful host, plenty of parking, clean apartment that was very comfortable with good facilities. 10 minute walk to beautiful old town Arezzo with supermarket on the way.

Nothing

The property is very close (10 minute walking distance) to the historic downtown of the city. We felt safe walking at night as well. The host gave us terrific restaurant recommendations which ALL worked out excellently. The parking is plentiful. The property had a nice balcony and the bedroom and living room are very spacious.

We thought the property could use a few more touches to make it cozy and could also benefit from a deep cleaning. The mattress moves quite a bit since the bedframe is not very supportive.

Owner was great. Good communication. Keys in personal. Free parking. Very nice and safe neighborhood.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the Piazza Grande & the historic Centre. It is nicely decorated and has been fully renovated. Plenty of light and space with a large bedroom, living room and spacious kitchen area so we were very happy to have chosen this property for our stay in Arezzo. There is parking inside the premises and also easy parking just outside on the street. The owners were also very welcoming and willing to assist in case we needed something. We will be back at Nona Maria Guest House during our next visit to Arezzo
