- große Zimmer (hatten 1 Wohnung für 7 Personen, waren zu 4) - vollständiges Bad, separate Dusche - 2min zum Strand entfernt - Betten bequem, quitschen nicht - Parkplatz direkt im Hof, allerdings war unsere am Ende und eng zu parken - Küche hatte ausreichend Platz, Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden (kein Wasserkocher) - Geschirr vorhanden - Balkon (inkl Wäscheständer) und Klimaanlage vorhanden - Lift im Haus vorhanden (Kinderwagen inkl Kinderwagena-Trittbrett haben gut rein gepasst) - Wasserboiler hat für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder ausgereicht) - Fenster 2-fach verglast, jedoch ist der Rollkasten überhaupt nicht isoliert, morgens ab 6 uhr morgens fährt die Müllabfuhr und es ist extrem laut - Es empfiehlt sich immer eine Steckdosenleiste mitzunehmen

- enger Parkplatz ( ist aber typisch für Italien) - nicht isolierte Rollokästen, extrem laut wenn Müllabfuhr ab 6 Uhr anfängt den Müll zu entsorgen, mindestens 3 verschiedene Müllabfuhr Autos und das jeden Tag (wohl auch typisch für Italien)

Położenie, miejsce parkingowe, winda.

Brak podstawowych rzeczy: czajnik, papier toaletowy, mydło. Zapchane sitko prysznicowe. Wyrobione materace w pojedynczych łóżkach. Wystrój jak z przed 30 lat.

Good location, a short walk from the beach and to the center. Nothing super fancy, but it's very good value for money. There was a great big balcony and a spacious table inside. Upon arrival, the air conditioning looked moldy, but the agency responded quickly and sent technicians to sanitize it. Mattresses were okay; I'm sensitive to bad mattresses, but I couldn't complain about these.

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but I didn't mind that much; I don't think that's common at this price point. We were surprised that there was only one very basic kids' playground in that area (on the beach, without shade). We previously stayed in Lignano, and there were multiple very nice playgrounds all over the place.
