BYBYЧистая уютная квартира. Всё соответствует описанию. До пляжа 7-10 минут к алфавитной башне,до набережной 3 минуты. Рядом много магазинов,за углом ночной spar. С парковкой проблем нету,переодически освобождаются места. С балкона вечером можно посмотреть все прелести вечернего Батуми:) Рядом канатная дорога возле которой обычно лучшие курсы обмена валюты . В общем и целом всё прекрасно.
ILThe owner kindly picked us up from the airport in his car. We were welcomed with a gift of wine. His talented son, Georgiy, played the piano for us. The house is spacious and beautiful — we hope to return in the future.
DEApartment is in the centre of the old city.. It is nice and specious with everything you will need inside. You will feel like in home...host was very helpful. We were not able to find free parking on that street where the apartment is located as everywhere is paid parking area, but host react and we were able to park close for a cheap price. Wonderful balcony with special view.

GEAlles war ausgezeichnet: Die Lage – besser könnte sie nicht sein! Man befindet sich im Zentrum, der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu erreichen. Dabei ist es erstaunlich ruhig – obwohl man mitten im Herzen der Stadt wohnt, bekommt man vom Lärm nichts mit. Das neu gebaute Haus verfügt über einen sehr gemütlichen Innenhof. Die Wohnung war wunderschön: hell, makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – ideal sowohl für Alleinreisende als auch für Familien. Und nicht zuletzt: Die Gastgeberin Natalia ist unglaublich freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten.
