The Blue Porch Staithes

The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could ever need. Even a bottle of wine for after the long journey there! The beautiful decor and warm heating made it feel so cosy and would definitely stay again!!!

The property was clean and fully equipped. Great location.

Very cosy and compact.

The location of the cottage is great, as it is in Staithes the roads are little tight to navigate but in a 4X4 I managed to easily park outside the property to drop my belongings before parking in the public car park at the top of the hill. The cottage had a lovely finish, contemporary while keeping its sea side charm. It is very small, but again, it is a fisherman's cottage and what I expected. The host was friendly and very responsive with my enquiries and provided all the information I needed. It was a lovely touch that a bottle of wine and milk had been left in the fridge. I would stay again!

As, I stayed a week, having a washing machine would have been useful, but there would be no room in the cute kitchen, which otherwise, had everything else I needed.

Absolutely idyllic

The only draw back was the bed that is in desperate need of an Allan key or an upgrade. However the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud.

Location plus Emma had thought of everything.
