Lovely City Centre Room

The kitchen was nice.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on patio slabs! The room had not been adequately cleaned prior to our stay. There was a vape on the floor from the previous people who stayed and long hair on the floor. Bedding was creased and did not smell clean. There was no TV. You can hear everyone’s movements from different floors within the building.

location was good

The service wasn't the best. Poor, squeeky mattress feeling the springs on our bodies, low quality duvet and sheets, 1 shared bathroom for three rooms, no toiletries, no heating- external heater was provided though, no coffee or tea, had to try to find towels to take a shower. In general the experience was poor

Nothing really

Being told to 'go f..k' myself when I complained that there was no heating in my room. Room ok but basic. No TV.. internet would not connect. Left one day early because I couldn't stay another night. .

Close to the city centre, cheap

The front door to the street was open and full of boxes in the way so didn’t feel particularly safe. The room and the bed was tiny and not very comfortable. The shower took about 10 minutes to get warm and it was only a trickle. Also there wasn’t any ventilation so it stank.

Communication and location

The room is not 25m2 at all and there is one bathroom to share within 3 rooms for 2 person each. There were condoms at the window.

How to clean the property was in the bed was very comfortable very good value for money. I recommend it to anyone.
