Ottima posizione, molto spazioso e organizzato bene.

Appartamento molto rumoroso soprattutto a causa della maleducazione delle persone che ad una certa ora della notte dovrebbero regolare il volume della loro voce. Come consiglio al proprietario direi di curare meglio la pulizia in generale perchè si nota che è fatta in modo approssimativo.
