Beautiful studio in Ely

Easy to locate, with great clear instructions from our hosts on how to obtain access to the property. Wow, what can we say - what a beautiful apartment. Very clean and cosy. The Hosts, Amanda & Andy have thought of everything from the beautiful decor to the cosy, comfortable furnishings. Not only did they supply tea, coffee, milk, and biscuts, there is a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a quick basic meal. Need something washed, not to worry, there is also a washing machine with all the necessary cleaning products. A very comfortable couple of nights stay. Our hosts, Amanda & Andy, who live next, were so welcoming and friendly, telling us to call if we needed anything. They even offered to drive us to our wedding engagement, which was the reason we were in Ely. Our 1st time staying in an Airbnb, excellent. Will definitely be back. My only constructive critisism is the bedroom window could do with replacing as the traffic noise was more obtrusive than I liked

Lovely location near to ely..clean. compact but everything you need. Comfortable sofa bed in lounge area and TV in bedroom and lounge. Lovely warm welcome as well from hosts who couldn't be more helpful...brill....

Nothing went wrong. The studio is quite far from city centre but it's a pleasant walk.

Andy & Amanda were FABULOUS HOSTS! Very personable, generous, kind and most interesting people. When we arrived at their home, we mentioned that we planned to walk to the archives (for my work), some distance away. Andy offered to drive us, which permitted us time to relax in the cottage and have tea and cookies (provided). After we were refreshed, Andy gave us a mini-travelogue while driving us around Ely before dropping us at the archives.

I cannot think of anything we didn't like! We only stayed one night, due to constraints on our schedule, but we could easily have stayed longer and enjoyed ourselves. Ely is a lovely place to visit.

I received a nice welcome from the hosts. The property was spotless and the kitchette was really well equipped and stocked with goodies too. Each room was comfortable and relaxing. I came by train, so it was 20mins pleasant walk into Ely centre. The property is quite near Ely bypass, and although there was some traffic noise, the double glazing meant it didn't spoil my stay at all.

The bedroom light could be operated remotely when in bed which was good, but I did miss a bedside lamp for cosy reading.
