Studio Sweet Dreams in Aveiro touristic center

The hostess was exceptional.

No toaster and no iron.

The apartment was charming and convenient to the canal system and major sights. Parking was simple and free (though spots are coveted!), just on the other side of the pedestrian bridge over the canal. We just parked as soon as we got there and didn't move the car. The AC in the apartment was appreciated as it was a warm late May day. Rosa and Joāo were welcoming and gave very clear instructions for check in and out. It was super clean. Very fresh and remodeled. An effective de-humidifier is installed in the bathroom - great for those of us with mold allergies. For anyone interested, there is a good grocery store - Pingo 12- just a 10 minute walk away, a block or so from the canal away from downtown to replenish supplies.

Not a thing. We love a thicker pillow, but this old-ish lady travels with her own these days, even internationally!

Возможно квартира была убрана прямо перед нашим заселением и не успели проветрить, хотя окна были закрыты к нашему приезду, но очень сильно воняло бытовой химией и на утро у меня началось сильное обострение аллергии. Т. к. при заселении не дают код от первой двери, пришлось сначала писать хозяевам, а когда не дождались ответа - звонить, хоть все и быстро получилось, но нотка нервов уже появилась.

Although in a modern building, it was a pleasant surprise to find it is located on a quaint old-town street. Host very kindly facilitated an early check-in. Very convenient free car parking.

The TV is not in front of the sofa so you can only watch it sitting on the bed. The dehumidifier is noisy at night but switching it off highlights the smell of drains - bring ear plugs or a peg!

Excelente localização.

Clean, close to things we wanted to do while still off the beaten path which is what we also wanted, cost effective, quiet most times.

Think outside pictures listed for marketing was a bit misleading- showed an outside photograph of three striped adorable multi unit with decks/outside space which we believed was front of where we were staying while also giving a photo of (the actual) outside which we thought was picture of entryway and not the entire outside space. Misleading
