"Spacious Pool House In Springfield"

House had some vintage quirks about it. Which suited our family perfectly. Big and spacious section with plenty of parking. Pool was beautiful and clean and so was the rooms. House was nice and tidy and very spacious for our family.. Has 3 showers in the house and the water pressure is really good..

Wasnt a issue for us however the main wall oven unit wasnt working and they had a contingency which was a small portable oven available in the pantry to use.

Beautiful home that had everything we needed for a family getaway from the busy city life. Location was great, centered to all the places we planned on visiting in Rotorua and the younger ones had an amazing time in the pool. We arrived a little early however the host was very polite and accommodating. Would 100% go back.

This house was the perfect place for the amount of family members we had - very comfortable and great house. Everyone loved the pool!!! The host of this property has been amazing also, as we had left some belongings behind it has been an absolute pleasure working with him to get my belongings returned :) Will most definitely stay here again and/or recommend to family and friends.

"Do not book this property, it is terrible"

Arrived to find numerous issues with cleanliness; pool water was cloudy, chocolate smeared on one of the doors. Inside the fridge was filthy. The On/off switch on the oven was missing, broken glass in one window, window cills filthy. In fact it was so bad that we cancelled and got a full refund
