Pool House- Springfield

Exceptional property. Large section, easy to find, private and large. It allowed us to have a well deserved family holiday. The host was very accommodating and very easy to deal with.

Very huge home .very big outdoor space , the indoor flows really well onto a huge outdoor balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. Very comfortable beds and living areas

If you have children be aware that the second floor windows can open right put and if children aren't watched there is a ledge which a child could climb onto and fall from height onto concrete . Those windows need to have fixture stays . There needs to be a rail guard on the second balcony attached to the main bedroom. There was no mention of a shared driveway. The swimming pool is shaped like a cone so goes deeper as you move towards the centre .

Beautiful and clean space

Only thing was not being able to use the pool. Be excited to plan another stay during Dec-Mar

The property is very nice. Spacious and close to Rotorua City.

No secure parking. But it is far enough off the street to not be overly concerned about vehicle security. But if you had Bikes and other gear to secure away. Somewhere for this would be helpful.
