The property is located at a convenient distance from major tourist attractions. It's a good sized property which can easily sleep six people. The beds were comfortable and overall cleanliness was good. There are supermarkets nearby for your grocery needs. Also, a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from. The street is noisy and people sensitive to noise can find it difficult to sleep.

We had a terrible experience as soon as we arrived. First, the check-in instructions were sent after we reached the property with a message that a repair work is underway. The door was locked and there was no key in the key box. After travelling for 12 hours and with 2 kids, this was the last thing we expected. When I contacted the owner, s/he mentioned that s/he actually wanted to cancel my booking due to the repait work (which by the way took 5 min for the repair person who arrived 45 min after we reached the property), When I asked how long we would be waiting, the answer was very arrogant telling us s/he doesn't know and we should find another property if we can't wait! Imagine yourself in this situation! Anyway, we waited for 45 min after which point a guy came in, fixed a pipe in the WC and left within 5 min! I thought this could be one off and wanted to focus on the good parts. However, we soon discovered that the oven in the kitchen was not working. I again had to unwillingly contact the owner who basically asked me to press a button to turn it on! We know how an oven functions and had already tried all the possible buttons. We were then told to leave the key next day so that someone would fix the oven. We did that but when we returned that evening, the oven was still not working. When inquired about it, I got a message saying that a part needs to be ordered (I am sure no one even bothered to check the oven). After a couple of days, we ran out of the half toilet paper roll that was provided by the owner and when I messaged him/her about where the rolls are kept, there was no reply. I searched the apartment and realised our generous host had provided half roll for 4 people for 4 days! So I had to run next moring to a nearby grocery shop to get a packet of rolls. It's not about the few euros that I had to spend but the overall inconveniences that left a bitter taste. These things dampened our whole trip.

The apartment was big and spacious and the location is amazing.

The apartment is closed to the main street so the traffic sound is very very loud even close all the windows. It sounds like we were sleep on the street. Very hard to get sleep and very easy to wake up as traffic sound. No air-conditioning in the apartment and only one small fan in one room. In August, when weather outside is 35 degree. It is like a sauna in the room . Ask the landlord to provide another fan in another room. No reply and didn't answer the call. Do not reply at all no matter SMS or message via booking.com.
