Very central location, comfortable, spacious, perfectly clean, with all facilities, free coffee, yoghurt, fruit and biscuits for breakfast.

Just a little suggestion, but nothing negative... to complete the offer for breakfast a cereal and/or a musli box could be provided (instead of singularly packed pieces of pastry, for example).

"Bello ma troppi rumori"

Appartamento bello, pulito e spazioso. Sulla piazza principale, centrale e comodissimo ai servizi. Host gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni esigenza.

Eccesso di rumore tutte e 3 le sere di permanenza fino ad oltre mezzanotte proveniente dai 2 bar sottostanti frequentati prevalentemente da extracomunitari. In più in piazza si svolgevano manifestazioni/spettacoli con musica ad alto volume: i bassi facevano vibrare gli infissi interni. Entrambi i letti matrimoniali scomodi e gracchianti.

Il massimo è poco per questo alloggio: affacciato direttamente sulla piazza centrale di Avezzano con un balcone curatissimo, tutto è spazioso e confortevole, pulito in modo impeccabile, non manca nulla (dalle pantofole alla macchina del caffè alle tv in ogni camera) per un soggiorno perfetto; menzione a parte per la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario Carmine e per la fantastica colazione che offre; da tornarci assolutamente

"Amazing hosts and great location"

Such a great location, amazing property, the owners were so nice and accommodating. We wanted to hire a car and go somewhere in the mountains and they were so helpful even offering a lift to take us to the rental place. Highly highly recommend staying here- they gave us an insane amount of food and snacks. Lovely spot.
