★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of being helpful, they seemed irritated every time I asked for basic assistance. The management clearly has no sense of hospitality — complaints are ignored and promises are never followed up. The cleanliness of the room was below average. The bedsheets looked used, the bathroom had stains, and there was a constant bad odor in the corridor. The comfort level was terrible — hard mattress, noisy air conditioner, and poor soundproofing made it impossible to rest properly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt chaotic and neglected. Even simple things like Wi-Fi and room service didn’t work properly. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price they charge, you can easily find far better options nearby that actually value their guests and maintain basic hygiene.

Only we like is location of the property.

We have booked ac room but they refused to give us ac room we have no other option so that we have taken non ac room on the same rate which we have booked for ac room .
