The apartment is a whole floor of the building with a kitchenette and balcony and nice bathroom. The balcony in the room looks out over the street and the balcony from the kitchenette looks over the ocean. There’s a restaurant right down stairs and all the staff are lovely. There were ants in the bed but they didn’t bother us. There isn’t much around the place but we were here in low season.

Sebu Lounge was such a pleasant experience..❤️ Incredible food, warm vibes, and staff who truly care. Just one night wasn’t enough ;can’t wait to be back!

Jedná se o malý hotýlek se dvěma apartmány hned u moře. V přižení se nachází restaurace, takže nemusíte chodit nikam daleko. Tím, že je na pokoji malá kuchyňka, tak si můžete užít ranní čaj v soukromí s výhledem na moře.

O apartmány se starají mladí kluci, kteří pracuji dole v restauraci. Po našem příjezdu ještě nebyl pokoj uklizen, i když jsme přijeli v čase check-inu. Pokoj byl pěkný čistý, jen zapomněli uklidit koš a dát nám čisté ručníky. Kluci byli trochu zmatení, ale to všechno bych dokázala přehlédnout nebýt snídaně. Byl to poslední den před odjezdem z dovolené, po snídani jsme měly naplánovaný odjezd na letiště. Večer se nás obsluha 2x ptala, jakou si dáme snídani a oznámili nám čas snídaně 8-9. V 8:20 jsme tedy sešly z apartmánu do restaurace a zažily jsme šok! Pod schody spali na podlaze všichni čtyři kluci, restaurace byla zamčená a neuklizená, všude byly zbytky jídla a prázdné lahve od alkoholu z předchozího dne. Naštěstí se nám podařilo jednoho kluka vzbudit. Samozřejmě vůbec netušil, co jsme si předchozí den objednávaly. Objednaly jsme si černý čaj, ale po 30 minutách nám přinesl kávu, po reklamaci přinesl čaj, ale s mlékem. Obsluhu s řádnou kocovinou jsme musely uhánět, abychom stihly odjezd na letiště. 50 minut jsme čekaly na jeden párek, omeletu a tousty, které nebyly ani ohřáté. Nemam nic proti zábavě. Ale pokud někdo pracuje v hotelu, tak by mohl být alespoň jeden člověk zodpovědný a postarat se o ubytované hosty.

Breakfast was great and the location, value for money, stuff also great. Can highly recommended for someone who are looking for budgeted location with great service

El baño "privado" pero accesible a quien quiera ir, además, para acceder hay que pasar por zonas comunes. - Habitación super RUIDOSA, la ventana sin sellar. - Desayuno INCOMPLETO y SIN PERSONAL. Había un adolescente a cargo de todo. - Hemos estado muy DESATENDIDOS y desamparados por el personal (no han cumplido horario, hemos tenido que estar nosotros pendiente del check-in y el check-out...) .

The room was good for a budget double room. Bed was nice. The location was very nice at the beach.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the staff didn’t really engage with us — they just brought our luggage to the room and that was it. We had booked a room with breakfast included, but when we came downstairs around 9 AM, the restaurant was closed and the staff were still sleeping. When we asked about breakfast, we were told we should have ordered it the day before — something that was never communicated to us. Eventually, they gave us 1000 rupees back, although it was clear they didn’t really agree with doing so. Overall, the lack of communication and service left us with a poor impression.
