"Never again!"

Nothing!!

Very very old and dated! Had an awful Smell, no mattress on the sofa bed, would never stay again! Just awful!

"The staff on site were nice the caravan was very dispointing would not of stayed any longer then the night! Would never"

How close it was to the se front and amenities

Wasn’t clean! Was all hairs in the bathroom the bedding was not fresh table was all peeling off oven wasn’t clean! Could cook in it very outdated and not comfortable. And smelt off wee the sower was broken so we couldn’t shower!

"Had a beautiful couple help us get another caravan"

It was the dirtiest and worst place I ever stayed in . I had to pay out for another caravan because the beds had mold on them. I been so stressed lately so come away…. And added to it … a lovely couple came to our rescue and got us another caravan… I always booked with booking.com never experienced anything like this.. I’m fuming

Harts holiday park was good

The caravan we rented from Booking.com was not good it’s was not clean cooker was dirty microwave was dirty there was hardly any cutlery curtains were all ripped overall wasn’t very nice

"Great park but caravan needs some improvement"

Location in the holiday park

It was rather dirty with torn dirty curtains, unclean bathroom and dirty linen. Proactive communication from the owner was limited though he was responsive and helpful when we contacted him
