Amazing location and great host

John is a very helpful and attentive host. His advice and suggestions were excellent concerning places to eat, drink and visit. The location is picture perfect and the pagodas (exclusively for Blondies guests) overlooking the bay are to die for especially at sunrise which is not to be missed. There are some great options for dining merely a few minutes away such as a fab Italian restaurant and a traditional Khmer restaurant, both recommended by John. We highly recommend staying here for a unique and memorable experience on the nicest part of the island.

Bungalows with island atmosphere and stunning views from the pagodas (same as on the pictures, no surprises there). John, the host, is very friendly and helpful: he organised a nice boat trip for us, the laundry and made sure that the speed boat was there to pick us up. Great choice for a nice and quiet stay on Koh Rong!

it was so close to the village, with spectacular views and yet so quiet. The bungalow was really comfortable and clean and the pagoda at the waters edge, for both catching the sunrise, doing yoga, writing a journal at the table, reading in a hammock was just gorgeous. Nothing was too much trouble for Jonny. He was great with advice and providing me with everything I needed.

The ferry doesn’t go direct there in the low season and the access out of Khao Touch is really bad. Plan ahead. Message Johnny.

Needs a bit of tlc , in terms of new showers, new mosquito nets….

The property has great deckings where it’s perfect to sit and watch the sunset. Ideal for those who are looking for a relaxing spot to relax and do plenty of reading!

Might be a little bit out of the way for some.

this place really was not for me and i definitely don't get the high rating. The cabins are dated and worn and so is the interior. there is no aircon (i knew that before) but the cabins are really stuffy during the night. one would think with all the holes and cracks there would be a comfortable breeze but this isn't the case. the mosquito net had several holes. had mice going through my luggage (wtf?). the drain from the sink empties just outside the cabin (toilet fortunately has plumbing). the property is adequately kept but the immediate surroundings from the neighbours are a different story. no wifi and the smart sim card did not work (apparently only cellcard does?) sok san village where the pier is is more of a slum than anything. would definitely not ever go back to this place. paid 38 usd for the night which was more than anywhere else in cambodia and the value was not even half what i would get in siem reap, kampot and phnom penh.
