Break fast was good

They didn’t see the booking.com booking and had only one room ready. Had to fight to get another room. The room was non functional with no AC and water. Later in the night was shifted to another room which was vacant. If it was vacant not sure why it was not given earlier. Could have managed it better. Despite all inconvenience charged full amount.

"Made the experience amazing."

The natural elements including the garden and the house itself. The view of arnachala hill from the rooftop was amazing. The staff were exceptional and the manager, Ramana, was super accommodating and welcoming.

Needed to ask to get toilet paper. The wifi was spotty but staff were quick to fix.
