Unit was open and ready for us upon arrival. Very nice upstairs/downstairs cottage. Spotlessly clean and a very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Everything. The cleanliness of the property. The small touches like the coffee machine with Cornish Coffee (my favourite). The surprises in the fridge. Could not fault anything

Stayed in Love cottage. Location good. Clean cottage.

Stayed in the Love cottage. After a long journey it would have been nice to have tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival instead of a bottle of wine in fridge. Bed was very hard so much so that we bought a mattress topper for the 2nd night. Stairs metal and wobbly. Dehumidifier in bedroom presumably for damp? Shower not particularly good. Didn't like the fact that we were instructed to empty bins and remove bedding on departure - both in a book on table and by email the day before leaving... would have been nicer to say "if you wish to empty bins and remove bedding we would be grateful". There was a cleaning charge included with price which should have covered this anyway.
