"Overall nice apartment, has some areas to improve on."

The apartment is really nice and cozy.

Communication wasnt great, no one at the apartment spoke English, struggled to get in - took us 40-50 minutes to check in because of the language barrier. Upon arrival the cleaning lady, who let us in was sat waiting in the apartment, she would not leave again we didnt know what she wanted because of the language barrier. Host had to message us letting us know it was because she had to collect the “City tax”, which was supposed to be taken at check out. It can also be quite noisy due to the construction work going on outside the building, which didnt give us a great view. Along with this, a light had went out in the main bathroom which no one came to sort out. Had to shower in the dark. Water in the pool is abnormally freezing.
