Great location in main square not far from the harbour. Supermarket very close. Air con great. Bed very comfortable.

Key collection. No bottle opener/corkscrew. Not able to put shower higher than waist high

Location in heart of city on square

Good location. Good size apartment for 3 people. In the center of La Spezia, close to public transport. Good facilities in the apartment: kitchen, airport. There is an elevator if needed (apartment is in the 1st floor)

There were small thing but no deal breakers: laundry machine was not working, we arrived and key was not where it was supposed to be.

Lack of information for tourists, how water heater worked, only one large cup, no tea towel. Also lack of info on WiFi code, and how to reset power which tripped twice during our 3 night stay.

Such a nice place with great location and view on the square. Tidy and clean. The best value for money. Definitely worth to stay here. 10 min walk to train station, plenty of restaurants and shops.
