The room was nice

Too expensive for a nights stay. Also, it’s an apartment so you have to clean yourself. One side of the apartment looked like the slums

Location is absolutely stunning

Very disappointing stay for the group. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that basic maintenance and service were completely neglected. Even the doors didn’t work properly, which is unacceptable for any hotel. There was no meaningful service at all, staff were unhelpful and indifferent. For the price paid, this place offers nothing close to a hotel experience. Would not recommend and would never stay again.

It wasn’t clean and it was dirty has to change a room when it was first provided but it was still disgusting. Food wasn’t clean as well. This place needs a hotel inspector to check if rooms are clean before providing it. Bathroom smelled so bad not cleaned properly at all.

Decent location, great views, good format.

No service, impersonal

We stayed in a duplex with an ocean view. Very new and clean house. Well furnished with cutlery, washing machine and TVs provided. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from Galle fort. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and worth getting some late night room service or early brekkie before heading out. Special shoutout to the manager for hosting games for kids over Christmas. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel did not provide water or toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kits etc). The blankets were very thin and minimal. If we did not call service multiple times or stress its urgent we would usually not get what we asked for. Room cleaning is only once in 5 days I believe (we stayed for 3 nights). The washing machine did not function and the staff could not repair it.

Everything about this property is good. Highly recommended .
