The lady janitor of the hostel. Much polite than the rude woman "manager"

We pay for two but get one futon and one pillow. We ask for two pillows and rude manager says we need to pay extra. CR awful, small. Water barely leaking from the shower faucet. People listening music or watching movies loud on their phones in the middle of the night. Some people actually live in those capsuls. Far, far, very far from downtown.
