Broadway and Main Hotel

matress was dead, impossible to sleep; we are afraid of parking, not sure to find our vehicule safe; as the night was awfull we decided to quit without having lunch and to forget this place; insulation was not good , very noisy regarding the other rroms near us

The staff was exceptionally nice. The bed was comfortable and there were interesting restaurants nearby

The lobby smelled of smoke.

This is a hostel advertised as a hotel. It’s dirty with no soundproofing. Terrible experience. False advertising.

It was so fun as a solo traveler! I met some other solo travelers during the breakfast and we ended up exploring the city together. Very unique decor with the one of a kind artwork and you could tell the rooms were recently renovated. The front desk staff was super accommodating to all my questions and even drive me to the station to catch a shuttle for my flight when I was running late!

The parking lot was a little difficult to find as I arrived late but I mentioned this to the front desk and the next day there was a new display on their large digital sign on the side of building directing drivers to the parking lot. Top Notch service there!

They advertise as a hotel when it is not. It is a hostel. I felt extremely unsafe. Though they do have a few private rooms which I feel the property did recently to call itself a hotel it is not a hotel. The front desk said they have multiple communal rooms with 10 bunk beds per room. I was traveling for business and was so uneasy I locked myself in the room, did not sleep and left early and had to pay more money for another hotel as I was not going to stay there 2 nights. When I left in the morning there were people sleeping in the hallway. The staff was friendly but I feel this is false advertising. The parking lot was difficult to locate as it’s on a small sign and not easy to see. The lot consisted of a few spots to park cars and was filled with junk piled up against the walls. I would not recommend unless you are a backpacker looking for this type of setting which I was not. I felt lied too.

The location was great as we were going to meet friends at the casino and went to Fenway for a concert. The staff was very friendly.

The outside of the building could use a little bit of upkeep. The inside had some newer renovations, but needed a little touchup, but wasn’t anything that would deter me from staying again. My only other complaint would be that there isn’t a ton of parking but it is a small hotel, so I’m not particularly surprised. The room was very clean, so I was happy about that.
