GBVery clean, peaceful and comfortable. Very good location with all the necessary home comforts you could require. A great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing.
If I have to think of something, it would probably be that I would have preferred curtains on the front bedroom window as opposed to roman blinds, as the light came through the sides waking me up earlier than I would have liked. This is not a criticism though as the property was perfect for our stay.
AUThe location was excellent and the house was very clean
We were disappointed about the parking not being available outside the house, and having to park across the road when it was available. We also struggled with space a little as we're staying a full week, one wardrobe was almost full of the owners possessions and our suitcases could not be stored out of the way. It is not ideal for a week's stay of 4 adults as the little dining table only had 2 chairs and we could not sit down together and share a meal.

Double beds were quite small. Washing up area quite restricted. Not many very local facilities
AUThe location was an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of York. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay including a bottle of bubbles and some crackers to enjoy on our arrival. Would not hesitate to recommend.

GBAUCheck-in was simple. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. The area is quiet for a good nightâs sleep and the bottle of prosecco and box of crackers on arrival was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. This house supplies nearly every condiment that you can think of. Good kitchen with full size fridge/freezer was perfect to cook a meal. Wi fi was good and a free parking spot across the road made it so easy. It seems a distance to walk to the town but it really isnât. I found it fine and I am in my late 60s and of average fitness for my age.
GBThis was a lovely property, quiet, clean, close to town, parking and everything needed, a proper home from home. The host was extremely welcoming, we hope to be back!
