It was a really nice stay for 2 days.. Due to my work load I did it all while staying in FLB. It was so clean and comfy, a cozy place that you can relax for a bit. I can sure be back at this place. Thank you Mr. Condrad, Ate Susan and all the staff around.

"Our short stay in LB was very relaxing because of FLB Apartelle."

Conrad and Tita Susan were very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The property is easier to access if you're coming from UPLB thru Pili Drive as the route going to Maahas road is a bit narrow if you have a vehicle larger than a sedan. My husband and I brought our own car and the property was easy to find since it's in Waze and Google Maps. If you like a quick weekend getaway or even a place where you can remotely work, this place is perfect as the wifi speed is very good. This place is definitely now on my list if I need a quick break from the city.

There was not a thing that we didn't like although I did suggest to Tita Susan to put a signage on the Catalina Drive entrance as it is a bit difficult to see when driving at night. Other than that, our stay was awesome!

The place is clean with complete amenities. Strong wifi and free Netflix! The hosts were responsive and accommodating. 👍

Location is a bit secluded. Not an issue for us since we have our own vehicles.

The place and the service were exceptional. This is by far one of the nicest accommodations I've ever been to. It was way better than a lot of hotels. What it looks like in reality is better than what you see on photos. The personnel were really kind and inclusive, as I was given a PWD discount.
