The apartment’s interior was okay but the main pros was that it was the very close to the centre and you can pretty much visit the main attractions in walking distance or by taking the bus. It was very strategic

The location is amazing, the front of the balcony is the best. The house has basically everything you need and is very spacious.

The sound from the church is quite low so it's a bit hard to sleep. The sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Central location, balcony with view of city centre, large & spacious, well decorated and furnished, ironing facilities & hair dryer provided, comfy bed and sofa, good kitchen & dining table plus desk/ dressing table, nice and warm.

The stove did not work, gas flame did not stay alight.

Location was good, big apartment

Quite dirty, it looks like it was not cleaned properly in months, a lot of dust, the kitchen was dirty, there was no washing powder or pods for the machine. We’ve got very late responses on inquiries about check in and as well no message prior to us contacting the property how to do it. The bed is terrible, hard as a rock. The bathroom is far from being modern.

The location is right in the center. Easy to walk to all sightseeings spots.

Rather old apartment not so clean. Every piece of rugs , sofas are old and dirty, especially, the one near the bed . The bed is just right in front of the bathroom. The shower and the curtains are poor. The kitchen is not functioning (everything is falling apart). Poor utensils of bits n pieces, gas stove not working. Situated on the 3rd floor of a very old building. The elevator was under repair during our 4 nights stay. Checking in thru their app is very complicated, one needs to put details of her passport in, no matter how many times we’ve tried, the system didn’t proceed. Tried to get in touch with the lady who operates the apartment, but she refused to give other alternatives, insisting that this is the only to get into the apartment. Had we not already paid for the stay, we would definitely gone somewhere else. Luckily, we managed to get into the apartment with the help of the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport, and happened to be one of the group who managed the apartment. Otherwise, we could be left standing on the street (because, the lady manager not trying to understand the problem of checking in). If one enjoys church bell ringing every half an hour throughout day and night is fine!

The apartment is spacious and in a good location.

On locating the property we experienced difficulty entering the building. Despite following the instructions the keypad did not work, luckily people exiting the building let us in. Our initial impression of the property was that it was spacious but definitely in need of general maintenance and a good clean, a thick layer of dust was visible on the the door mouldings. The bathroom is shabby, shower rod falls down if touched, toilet flush unit is loose and the toilet itself was not secured to the floor! In the living room the blind pully was not secured to the wall, the fixing was rotten. It requires 2 people to operate it to avoid personal injury. Be aware that the apartment is 6 flights of unlit stairs up, the lift was not operational for the last 2 days of our stay. If you are unable to lift heavy cases this will be a problem! We were two friends wanting separate beds. However, the sofa is not a sofa bed, it’s a big fixed sofa. It’s only usable as a bed if you are slim and short, not great! We contacted the property 2 months in advance of our stay to ensure that bedding for the sofa bed was available. The property replied promptly confirming this would not be a problem. However this request was not met and when phoned to find out when it would be delivered they informed it wouldn't be delivered until next day as it was a public holiday. The bedding was eventually delivered on day 3 of our 5 night stay.

Beautiful lounge, great location near the Jewish quarter. Fantastic for public transport. A bus stop literally outside the building. Help and support from the Apartment Team was excellent. Would recommend using their transfer service

Steps to get to the lift. Whilst the apartment was lovely, it was an unusual layout. You had to walk through the bedroom to get to the lounge or the bathroom. Could have done with more coat hangers.
