Spacious with great views thru three windows.

A bit noisy as multiple tour bus groups gaggled their way thru the nearby San Francesco Gate.

Marco is an excellent host. He responded to all my questions prior to the stay. He was also flexible and allowed my wife and I to settle in earlier than the standard check in time. He made an eanest effort to wait for us at the apartment even though we arrived later than planned given the traffic conditions. The apartment is bright, clean, highly functional, and feels more spacious than what the measurement indicates. The bed is very comfortable. Give the proximity to the Bassilica and the public parking, the location of the apartment cannot be beat. As it was difficult to get a ZTL permit, Marco let us check out during the inactive ZTL time period. This is a place my wife and I would return without hesitation. Bravo to Maco for offering such a wonderful home away from home.
