Owner very nice and helpfull, there is water in bottles to use, good location not so far from parking, airconditioner (it was 38C outside when we stayed).

The apartment is lovely - sometimes what you get is not what you see in the pictures, but in this case it was better. The apartment is large, clean and in a wonderful location. The views from the apartment are splendid. And Marco is a perfect host - he provided useful information about Assisi with great suggestions of places to visit; he responded to messages almost immediately and went out of his way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and if I go back to Assisi I will hope this apartment is available as I would love to stay again :-)

Everything was wonderful I just was there for 2 nights but I could not say anything bad . Great host, great location , super super clean I have bee in different little apartments in a Italy and so far this was the best , impecable little apartment with all the comfort that you need . I regret no stay more maybe next time .

The location was perfect , 3 min walking from The Basiliek San Francesco in the old city.

The location was excellent, very close to all the popular landmarks and in close probability to some of the best restaurants in the area.

spotlessly clean and sunny. Really close to bus stop for line c coming up from the train station. Really close to st. Francis basilica and all the restaurants and shops. We loved the apartment. It was so easy to find and enter. There weren’t many steps up to the 1 st floor and the apartment had everything travelers need including a clothes washer and drying rack. Marco speaks excellent English and is an excellent communicator. He was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Book this one fast. We have been traveling around Italy for weeks and Marcos place was the best by far.

Superb location, just a short walk to the Basilica di San Francesco, which to us was the main attraction of the city. Lovely medieval building, with a fresco of the madonna and child above the door to the building. Fridge full of water, & on the first floor. The location was just fantastic, not far from one of the ancient portals to the walled city, so quite close to a parking lot just outside the city walls.

We had trouble turning the heater on the first night, but the hosts came and fixed it for us the 2nd day. It is not suited for a 3rd person, as the sofa bed in the living room was very inadequate for my daughter. She complained that it was painful and she did not sleep well on it. A bit noisy as it is on a busy corner, but it did not disturb our sleep at night.
