La disponibilité du propriétaire, réactif malgré notre arrivée tardive, les attentions préparées à notre attention (une bouteille de vin, une grande bouteille d eau, des petits gâteaux et de quoi petit déjeuner…). Le logement est dans un petit immeuble très bien placé. Le logement, tout comme l immeuble étaient très propres. L aspect central.
La difficulté de trouver un stationnement à proximité immédiate. Salle d eau un petit peu exiguë.

Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend – sehr gut gelegen und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist einfach, erfüllt aber die grundlegenden Anforderungen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei: schnelle Rückmeldungen, klare Informationen und sehr freundlich im Umgang. Zu beachten ist, dass in Italien gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben eine Registrierung der Gäste erforderlich ist. Dafür müssen die Ausweisdaten im Vorfeld an den Gastgeber übermittelt werden.
Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche, ist sehr klein, was bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden sollte. Keine Kochmöglichkeit (wurde auch nicht benötigt von uns), Spülbecken zum Abwaschen sehr klein.

Amazing location, spacious apartment with almost every amenity one would need for a longer stay. Great internet connection and comfy bed.
A sharper knife for cutting bread would be great, as well as some wine glasses.
