La perla sulla spiaggia

Proprietario attento e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza, accoglienza eccezionale, la posizione è davvero incredibile, la vista sul mare sembra un quadro … se torneremo in Sicilia questo appartamento sarà sicuramente una nostra tappa! Consigliatissimo!

Casa stupenda con posizionze strategica con un proprietario eccezionale attento a qualsiasi cosa che ama la cura dei dettagli, all' arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dolci e vini locali ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili su luoghi da visitare e anche dritte su dove fare la spesa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 persone ( 2 famiglie ) e ci siamo trovati benissimo visto che la casa è grande e pulitissima dotata persino di sdraio, ombrelloni, gonfiabili che possono essere utilizzati per andare in spiaggia, poi c'è la terrazza con un panorama meraviglioso con affaccio sulla spiaggia. Lo consiglio a tutti, ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicursamente ci ritorneremo .

Das Apartment hat eine traumhafte Lage, ist sehr groß und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Strand von Marina di Alcamo ist in der Woche sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen.

Exceptional host; great location right on the beach with beautiful views.

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The ideal location, gorgeous sea view, direct exit from the house to a white sandy beach. The apartment is new, well designed and has everything from coffee to washing powder, cleanliness 20/10. The nearest restaurant is in 7 minutes walk. Don't be confused by the single track of the railway. A mini-trailer passes along it once a week.

The beach front location is excellent. Facing to the north and the sea guarantees, that the main balcony can be used all day with no suffering from the heat. The sea breeze was ongoing during our stay (10 days begining of August). The sea was very clear and warm, sometimes with waves, sometimes calmer. The beach was never crowded, our first days half empty. We had bodyboards - we used them everyday to play in the waves or just to chill in the water. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, as well as the dining room. The apt has everything you need- kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, watter kettel, huge fridge with refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher. Washing machine on the western balcony (short cycle 14 minutes excellent for the swimming suites, 56 minutes for everyday clothes). Hairdryer in the bathroom, vacuum cleaner to avoid sand everywhere. Between the house and the beach there are 3 outdoor showers to shower off the sand before entering the house. There is not much social life within walking distance - there is 1 restaurant 5 minutes walk on the beach (excellent pizza), 1 little "supermercado" and a bakery/pastisseria. There is a railway behind the house, but we have never seen nor heard any single train. The owners are extrenely nice and open to help. Huge plus for me was the separation of trash.

The sea is very nice and clear, however on some days there were minor pieces of plastic swimming in the water. The beach was on the other hand clean and with daily service (tractors taking the trash bins, another tractor sweaping the sand to collect potential dirt).

This is a unique apartment with a beautiful sea view - you can sit on the terrace for hours😊The beach is sandy, wide, and most importantly not crowded. Ideal for relaxation. The apartment is modern, comfortable, clean, very well-equipped, and air-conditioned. Ideal for two families with children. Two bedrooms with very comfy beds, each with a separate bathroom. The third bedroom with two bunk beds, suitable for children. A large hall with a sofa where children can play. The owner is super friendly and helpful, you can count on his help in every situation. Personally, this is the first time I have encountered such commitment from the owner's side. It would be a treasure to have such a friend 😉 This is a place we would like to return to and we can recommend it to everyone.
