Brooklands Farm Hamble River Apartment with river frontage and garden

Easy to find. Very spacious. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Would stay again, as ideal location to Southampton Port.

Bath could have been cleaner than it was, other than that it was ok & was ideal for the night.

Beautiful views, spacious and cool (stylish) in scenic farmland and clean, well equipped . Excellent communication with owners

Only thing was that it would make sense to have a washing machine perhaps, as not so many local services when you are slightly out of town. Also, a nice welcome pack would be good for guests.

Lovely location interesting property. Easy walk to some restaurants and local shop (expensive)

Difficult access from main road. Property needs some tlc.

this apartment is in a fabulous location with stunning views of the river. very comfortable beds and very clean. short river bank walk to the boatyard restaurant and in the other direction the pub - easy access by car to Southampton

the apartment is a mix of styles but in all essentials very comfortable- the hosts are in the process of updating. the bathroom sliding doors are tricky they stick which caused great hilarity for us as adults but might be not so good for a child

The view from our window was breath taking and constantly changing from day to night with the tides and different activities

There was nothing not to like-there is a staircase which we were unaware of upon booking-but actually my parents took it in their stride even with their mobility issues
