7-11& Restaurants in walking distance Soft bed, Sunblocking drapes AC in living room / bedroom Hot water in shower only Safe worked well Laundromat on site Quiet location Elevators work well Good security Adequate closet space for 1 person Very nice pool.

Fridge was a bit noisey at times. WIFI disconnected frequently. Utilities are not included. You must leave a 5000 baht deposit and settle the utility bills upon check out. A bit of confusion upon check-in. Building & room listed on booking.com was wrong. I had to provide proof of payment for some reason management didn't have this information. Cabinet under sink was broken. No screens on sliding glass door or windows so the bugs come in if you open them. There was a cockroach & flying insects in the living room. No rack in the bathroom for hanging up towels and no holder for toilet paper. I thought that the charge for electricity was a bit excessive. It seems that the apartment is poorly managed.
