La cama muy espaciosa el colchón super cómodo, pero cuando levantamos la sabana y el cubre colchón no encontramos con 2 chinches, lo bueno que estaban muertas. Lo demás super regular.

Las camas y almohadas cómodas.

Sucio el cuarto, con cabellos pegados al lado de la puerta. Sucio el baño, no tenía tapete para la regadera. Las toallas rotas, el agua del lavabo goteaba al piso. Descuidado todo el hotel, no tenía servicio de restaurante. El personal amable pero no muy servicial.

La recepcionista es amable y nos ayudó como pudo, y por eso le estamos agradecidos.

La habitación que nos dieron no era la que habíamos reservado. Estaba sucia y en muy mal estado. El hotel es decadente, nada que ver con las fotos. Tenían problemas y no había agua en la ducha. La piscina estaba medio llena. No se lo recomendaría a nadie.

"DOUBLE CHARGE - horrible and disappointing experience, be careful"

Unfortunately, we got scammed with a double charge, extremely disappointing experience…When we checked-in we were told that that they have a problem with a card terminal and we have to pay in cash. So we did and a lady on a reception was about to leave, but we asked at lest for a receipt that we paid, so then she gave it to us. Next day we left the hotel traveling further, and later that day we found out, they charged also our card which was stored in b.com to secure a booking. So we contacted the hotel and asked to refund us on our card referring to the receipt. Hotel has not responded since, not only to us, but neither to b.com. I have already spent a significant time with b.com customer service. Not resolved yet…

El servicio excelente, muy buen trato del personal y las instalaciones muy bonitas y centricas.

Hubo inconvenientes con el agua de las regaderas y la cama un poco incomoda.

La cama y las almodas muy comodas, buena ubicacion para mis actividades. El personal muy amable eso un 10.

No habia agua caliente, las puertas de madera con picaporte se me hace muy inseguro. no habia al menos un ganchito para la ropa, le falta mantenimiento al lugar para que se vea mas agradable.
