"Prachtige locatie en ruime kamer. Wel wat verbeterpuntjes"

Prachtige locatie op een heuvel zo'n beetje naar Gunung Kinabalu. Heel mooi uitzicht op de berg. Hele ruime Dome. Badkamer/wc apart in een klein huisje ernaast. Comfortabel bed. In mijn geval hebben ze heel lief iemand geregeld die mij opgehaald heeft vanuit het dorp (tegen betaling), want lopend is het niet te doen en Grab hebben ze hier niet.

Geen Wi-Fi, ik vind dat niet meer van deze tijd. Vooral niet voor internationale reizigers is Wi-Fi wel een must. De TV heeft ook geen signaal, geen normale zenders. En het is een smart TV, maar dan zit je met die Wi-Fi die er niet is. Erg jammer. Ook de uitleg voor incheck over hoe en wat kan veel duidelijker. Ook bij uitcheck krijg je bijna geen informatie, je moet er zelf om vragen. Ook een nachtlampje o.i.d. zou handig zijn, alleen maar groot licht in de dome.

The Mt Kinabalu view from our room was amazing! The staff was amazing, I lost my phone but got it back! Couldn't thank enough to the lady who found and kept my phone! The road going inside to the homestay is quite narrow and rocky. But you can park inside close to the homestay. The location of the homestay is quite close to the town (around 15-20mins), easy to commute in and out. The toilet is outside your room, not a sharing toilet. However, quite scary to go out in the middle of the night 😅

There's room for improvement. The pillows and towels needs to be change, quite poor condition. Mini cockroaches found in the room and bathroom. Need hanging hooks in the bathroom to hang towel or clothes. There's a funny smell when we enter the room, but gradually losing the smells after turning on the portable aircond.
