Entire Cozy Guest house

The apartment is a one bedroom unit in the rear of the host property accessed by a side gate. Parking is at the front of the property. Intrinsically the apartment was comfortable and was quiet over night.

The location of the property is in a rundown area and it was a concern. There could have been more resources in the apartment - more than one wine glass, a chopping board, microwaveable containers, more than one towel each (hand towels). Likewise, the absence of towel holder, toilet roll holder made for a balancing act in the bathroom. Whilst we were there the owner also had friends around to hang in the shed right outside the bedroom. They were only there for about an hour until close to 10:00pm but it made us feel a little like our privacy had been compromised. Had the price point been considerably low much of the above would be mitigated but it was comparable to other properties we have had the pleasure of staying in where these and more were included.

This home was incredibly inviting and very comfortable. It's perfect for a couple. We had a very comfy bed, great kitchen, and the shower was AMAZING!

Not much negative at all. If I had to mention anything it would be not being able to stay longer.

Refrigerator was not turned on and we were unaware you had to turn it on with the switch. It was quite a ways to city center but we downloaded the FreeNow taxi app and go around town well.

Very friendly and supporting host. Everything very clean. Everything needed was available. Quiet apartment. We enjoyed our stay here. Clear recommendation.

Apartment had a washing machine

The kitchen was incredible and we were happy to use it. The instructions were clear and easy. Also there is a near supermarket which is super convenient for self-catering.

There was unfortunately not enough pillows or blankets for 3 people and the cover blanket in the master bedroom had a few very visible stains and that wasn't nice. The neighborhood is not the most pleasant one and we did not feel too safe after all. The guest house is located only in the backyard although we expected to live in the front building as advertised in the booking descriptions. It was an ok stay but no real view and no optimal surroundings.
