Beautiful property and amazing hosts. They went out of their way to arrange a pick up at a late time. Also had dinner waiting for me. One of the best fish dishes I had in the Philippines. It’s family run and you can tell they care. I would have loved to stay longer

Décor de rêve, hôte accueillant et chaleureux. La cuisine est très bonne et local. Parfait pour des voyageurs qui veulent se laisser guider, un peu moins pour les solitaires. Une fois sur la plage il faut dépendre de l’hôte pour les activités et pour en sortir, avec un certain coût. (le typhon a fait des dégâts et la route était impraticable) Un grand merci à Dang dang

Cudowne miejsce, wspaniali ludzie. Totalny chillout. Miejsce na uboczu, ciche, spokojne. Właściciele bez problemu zorganizują transwer, masaże, wycieczki z El Nido oraz własne. Koniecznie polecam skorzystać z posiłków oferowanych na miejscu. Jedzenie przygotowywane z miejscowych produktów jest pyszne, kuchnia filipińska pokazuje w tym miejscu jak może być dobra. Spędziłem tam cudowny czas i mam nadzieję że kiedyś uda się mi tam wrócić.

Allt man behöver finns där, personalen har verkligen tänkt på allt som kan behövas för att ha en toppen avkopplande vistelse i naturen. Utöver det: jättegod hemmalagad mat, aktiviteter om man vill hitta på något, utedusch+toalett med hygienartiklar. Naidy tog verkligen hand om oss. Löste även transfer! Rekommenderar verkligen, en upplevelse utan dess like!

Hade varit skönt med wi-fi på rummet men å andra sidan var det charmen i att kunna koppla av. Du är nära naturen så förvänta dig en del insekter runt om.

We had a real great time here, Nady and her family have been very welcoming and friendly. She also helped us on transport (they drove us to San Fernando with their boat for a very reasonable price) and had helpful recommendations on what to do in the area. Everything was new (just a few months old) and very clean. Also a very quiet area.

Really nothing to complain about. We would have preferred an option with private bathroom. But since the shared ones were clean that was not a problem for us.

Everything! Complete escapism. If you really want to get away from it all, this is the place. Beautiful resort in an amazing location with the most incredible hosts. Tours to go on if you want, mainly island hopping, I did nothing but relax and chill. Great food, breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are optional extras but there are no restaurants nearby so take plenty of cash with you as there are also no ATMs anywhere close to the resort. I must thank the German couple I met in Puerto Princesa who recommended Dang Dang at Balbago Beach otherwise I would not have made it there. I will, at some point be back to meet up with Naidy, Dong and their fabulous family again. Also to see how big Whitey the puppy has got and to see if he remembers my whistle! I didn't just dislike Lorna and Bob, I hated them as did all the other guests. They were the only disappointment and fortunately they left after one night, much to everyone's delight. Naidy, if you get 'customers' like that again call the police and get the correct amount of money out of them, threaten them with jail if you have to. They left having swindled you out of about 140USD and that is not right. Please note, everyone out there, that if a negative review appears from Lorna Tangara or Bob, both from New Jersey, (didn't find out his surname) they are just a pair of con-artists. They haggled every price, the sort of behaviour that's ok with street hawkers, but not when the prices are listed for all to see. They had even asked for a generator to be provided for Bob's night time oxygen and said they weren't paying for it! (I would have cut the tube) I've been to every continent on the planet and there are some great Americans, but this pair, in my humble opinion, were the worst. Loud, overbearing, arrogant, ignorant, classless and clueless would go some way to describing them, but there could be so much more even without resorting to using swear words, oops nearly forgot 'sanctimonious'. Not the fault of the resort owners at all. I'm sure Lorna and Bob have forged a trail through South East Asia making themselves unpopular wherever they go. Stay at home Lorna and Bob, in the USA, where behaviour like yours is considered normal, you nasty, hateful pair. Lorna, if you happen to read this, I have your business card. I had to get it out the trash where they had all been thrown. (4 or 5 of them) I know where you work (sic) and can easily write reviews on google maps and your website.

I had a wonderful stay at dang dang. The location is perfect for relaxing by the beach and the view from the huts is amazing, so nice watching sunrise from bed. The family are all so lovely, especially Joy who was always checking in with me to see if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend!
