Très très bien ! L’hôtel nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner avant notre départ à l’aéroport à 5h du matin.

Onlangs verbleven we in het Tempoo Hotel en we waren onder de indruk van de professionele en vriendelijke service. In het bijzonder willen we Ghislaine, Rajae, Abderrazzak en Hamza bedanken voor hun uitstekende inzet. Ze waren attent, behulpzaam en zorgden ervoor dat ons verblijf vlekkeloos verliep. Het is duidelijk dat dit team met veel passie en toewijding werkt. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een gastvrije en aangename hotelervaring!

We searched for 2 people on Booking and booked for 2, but somehow it was listed as 1. According to Booking, this should have been an easy fix at the reception. “Easy” was a massive understatement. The receptionist Ayman, seemed to take it upon himself to avoid helping guests. At first he outright refused, as though we were asking for a kidney donation instead of simply adjusting the booking. After a long and unnecessary discussion, followed by a pointless phone call he finally agreed to change it but only after making it clear that he was doing us a ”personal favour”, not his job. The most ironic part? The price was exactly the same whether it was 1 or 2 people. So the entire drama was completely unnecessary, aside from showing just how poor service can be. Want to feel like a burden instead of a guest? Then this hotel is for you. Otherwise choose literally any other place.
