Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely decor and fantastic large TV. Great shower and toiletries. Comfortable bed in a quiet area of the village. Cereal, crumpets,milk, cake, crisps and beer were left for us which meant we didn’t have to go searching for a shop as soon as we arrived. Off road parking.

Hands down the best room/apartment I've stayed in and at a fabulous price. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Bed is so comfy, we had the best night's sleep in a long time. There is so much room - big main area with bed, L-shaped settee (which pulls out into a double bed), little table and chairs in the corner. Massive TV with prime video and netflix etc on it. Furniture and soft furnishings are great quality and lovely colours. Bathroom is a good size, lots of hot water. Towels are thick and fluffy. There were huge bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, which smelt like spa products. Hand soap and hand lotion by the sink, again they spelt amazing. Kitchen area is great - fridge with a small freezer inside, microwave, toaster. Cutlery, plates, bowls, lots of glasses etc, and all of a good quality and matching. It's the extra touches that make this place outstanding: Little bottle of milk, wine and butter in the fridge, plus mini boxes of cereals, crumpets, crisps and cakes left for us on arrival. Dog treats for our dog, and a water bowl and food bowl. Lots of information on the local area, the history of the house and leaflets for local takeaways. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Host is very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely book again and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Attention to detail and basic supplies provided. Like an airbnb, it is self contained, spotless and the main room is large enough and comfortable - with big screen TV and streaming video services. Location itself is not interesting but is close to towns like Spalding and Boston. Our dog was very welcome with water and food bowls and a special treat. We (the humans) were also left a special treat (book to find out what!). It has a hallway with small kitchen area and separate bathroom (with high end Sukin bathwash and shampoo). Main room has comfortable sofa and the bed is also comfortable.

Not related to the property itself; local eateries on a Saturday night need to be booked in advance as many were full.

Ideally situated for us. Well fitted out with everything we needed for our overnight stop. Comfortable bed and massive television!

Bathroom was very cold. Radiator inadequate for size of room and tiles were freezing.

Immaculate, very well located and equipped. Welcome pack(Beers, cookies and cereals ( and milk)) were left which was a nice touch as there are no formal breakfast arrangements. Bed very comfortable - apartment very clean and comfortable.quiet location big tv!

A fab little annex which is well decorated, comfortable, clean & has all the facilities you need for a great stay.The welcome goodies for us & treats for our dog were very much appreciated.

Initially the place was cold &we couldn't get the heating to work but the owners came quickly & showed us how to operate it.Apart from that, all was perfect.

Was well set out and comfortable and had everything we needed even a bottle of beer and snacks so that was nice
