How clean it was

Well presented ,clean, comfortable bed,welcome pack, well equipped kitchenette, off road parking.

Lack of information regarding the controls for the heating system , we had to contact the owner who came and sorted out the problem. Also, the bathroom and hallway cold ( although it was a very cold outside) The windows in the bedroom area overlooked the owners' garden, which were fitted with roller blinds, which in the summer could cause a lack of privacy if pulled up for light and ventilation.

Location & to a nice standard of quality

No negativeness at all but just as an advisable pov Hotness in hot tap water was borderline scalding Coldness of hallway/kitchen bathroom in winter time or gound air pump heating was on all night if room door not closed at a setting of 22'c

Clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast goods and extra goodies supplies. Large bathroom. Easy to find. Clear space to park.

The layout was very well thought out, and the owners have really curated a perfect stay. The small breakfast items provided were a lovely touch!
