We got wonderful hospitality from owner and staff's, food was good,best part is the room service, all the time they are in door step , all facilities are available in room.

As per manager booking.com didn't update about mountain view room so they didn't gave good room and after too much hot discussion they give extra bed and behiaving like obligations on us. And tgey charged extra

Everything in the property like food, staff, room. Staff behavior is very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room service guys and The cook- food was good and very cleanly made.

Overpriced rooms, lack of basic facilities like toilet paper, bathroom slippers, intercom not working. Rooms not upto mark as per pricing. No heating facility as mentioned, had to pay additional for room heater. No one was available at reception most of the time. No prior call made from hotel for any confirmation at day of reaching, nor any point. Delayed billing, not ready at point of payment even after informing prior day.
