great location, layout of the flat and the family vibe its giving:)

Just the awkward space between the wall and the bedside, my phone fell there and it was such a struggle to get it back. Ugh. But overall, it was amazing

We liked the location. It was very easy to get to and it is only 1 stop away from Magallanes (right next to the apartment) on the MRT and you are at Ayala Mall and Glorieta Malls already.

The place seemed cleaned but we were put off with the small cockroaches crawling everywhere. By the sink area, the bathroom and some in the dining area.

Bit cramped in bedroom. Bed was up against both walls.

Had all the facilities required for our family of 4. Loved the access to the pool, but be prepared to provide full details to the staff at the pool of the host to charge back. Proximity to the mall and supermarket was handy.

A little far away from places like Intramuros with the heavy traffic so just make sure you allow yourself a lot of time to get there. Took us an hour one morning (departing San Lorenzo at approx 10 am on a weekday).

Great location with access to everything you need. It's easy to get around everywhere. Very comfortable apartment - the beds were the best! Allowing us to check in earlier was a such blessing. Check in and out was the easiest we have seen. Very attentive when contacted.

The beds rooms are small but you don't need much anyway. Plus, the views are amazing.
