Excellent location with mall underneath, including supermarket and eateries. Security staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend for a small family of 3 like ours.

I hadn’t noticed how small the double bedroom was, or that we had to crawl into/out of the bed. That said it was comfortable for sleep. Cleaning staff ringing doorbell at 7.15am was not ideal but we understand the hours for rubbish collection.

Reception at the lobby didn treally want to help. They're not trained to be a receptionist. They are security guards. We asked for a trolley as we did have a lot of heavy luggages. Feels like they didnt want to you.

The place is modern, clean and has a large fridge for storing ice, water and soft drink which was very handy. There were 3 of us and we could sleep in separate rooms which was nice as the living room has a sofa bed. Aircon, big television, and an adequate bathroom. There are stores in the mall downstairs to buy takeout and some grocery items. The guards that man reception and the pool area are very thorough and helpful. Definitely visit Intramuros during your stay. Otherwise your impression of Manila will be of crushing poverty alongside swanky shopping malls. The Cathedrals and other historic buildings were the highlight of the trip. And Filling Station is a retro diner not too far away by car that is definitely worth a visit as well.

It is no fault of the landlord, but it is difficult to get fresh fruit and vegetables in the area. Robinsons Supermarket downstairs had some stale offerings as well as highly processed snacks. A saving grace was The Fat Seed Cafe at One Ayala if you are looking for healthy food, as the supermarkets do not sell quality vegetables.

A small apartment but comfortable and clean for 4 people. the building security is also so helpful to us.
