"Affordable, but lacking."

The owner was nice.

The other guest had a loud dog, the neighbors are noisy, and the room itself was okay. The water was only hot for about three minutes. The power was also shut off at about 4am.

"Wonderful accommodation, especially for the price."

The rooms and shared areas were very clean and the breakfast was good. Host was very responsive.

A bit noisy at night due to location, but not terribly so. The breakfast is a prearranged meal, you do not get to choose what you want, and the serving for 2 people was barely enough, but still delicious

I had a great stay at this place, over all expectations. Definitely get what you pay for and more. Beautiful rooftop view towards the city center, magnificent sunset view in the evenings, and very close to the airport, just 5min with taxi. Kitchen up to date, has what you need in order to make your own meals. Areas clean and nice, and the housekeeper is a very generous, warm and service oriented man. Thank you very much, will very likely return in the future.

Rolando was very nice and helpful and also spoke english. The location was walking distance to the airport. I would stay there anytime coming and going from Lima airport
