NLVery good communication and flexibility on check in and check out time. It was a clean place with everything we need.
The bedroom can fit a larger bed (160cm) instead of the current one (140cm)
NZOur host Jacqui was excellent to deal with - responded quickly to our communication. This made any queries we had easy to address, and our stay very good. The security gentleman on the ground floor was also very helpful and polite. The building feels secure and is in an excellent location with good local café's, supermarket and nice walks. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. Parking and access to the apartment is easy.
The apartment is on the first floor above the building entrance and privacy could be a concern for some guests. It did not affect our stay. We would have preferred a queen size bed but again this was not a big issue. The only other minor issue is that the apartment does not have any opening windows - you need to leave the sliding doors open for fresh air. We would book the apartment again when in Cape Town for all the positive aspects - the host, the location, quality of interior, security and local amenities.

ZALocation was great. walking distance to the Greenpoint stadium. Apartment is well equipped.
