Midtown Cebu City Condo

Location was great, the view from the room was magnificient, the pool was superb (very well maintained and with a view). The host was helpful and lovely.

Nothing I could think of.

The view was fantastic ! We could enjoy a pool very much. Very convenient that supermarket is just down the condominium. Coffee shops,laundry shop, convenience store and restaurants ice cream shop are just around the condominium. Security guards are very kind. Owner is very kind and I could ask anything at anytime!

Shower pressure is weak.

The view from the balcony truly is one of the best in Cebu. Shops/cafes right under the unit. Unit is very clean, well equipped for a short stay and tastefully decorated. The slide out second bed is handy The host is very responsive and accomodating.

DO NOT book this unit if you are planning to have any visitors. The building has very strict policy that only the 2 registered guests are allowed to enter. I found this out after booking, and had to cut my stay short there, as this was runining my holiday experience. The host was kind enough to accomodate. The bed is awkward to get in/out of. Aircon is very cold at night even on minimal setting. Only very thin sheets are provided to cover youself with, i found them to insufficient to keep warm. The tiny foldable chairs with no back rest are uncomfortable to sit on for a long time

The apartment is very comfortable, and the view from the balcony is stunning. Would absolutely stay here again

The view is incredible. Many restaurants and convenient shops around.

There are no cooking facilities actually. There is not an electric stove only a microwave, so you can not boil an egg, let alone gooking a spaghetti or fry something. So the advertisement in that matter is a lye. But anyway, if you stay only a day or two, this is not a big problem.
