The sound insulation is not the best. Bring earplugs, as you can everything from the street outside.

We spent almost two weeks there. The whole apartment is well equipped and very clean. There are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. There is a shop 20 meters away (Carrefour) and good pizzeria close by. Restaurants in walking distance in city centre. You could get to the beach (Rapallo, San Michele di Pagana, Santa Margherita) on foot (it can be 40 minutes walk) or by bus, the bus stop is very close. Contract with the owner was quick and without any problems. The owner's mother welcomed us on site. Communication with her was excellent, she is a very friendly and accessible person. Thank you Virna!!! The apartment is on a busy street so it can be noisy. It would be great if there was a sun umbrella that you could take to the beach.
