La Tomatica In Commedia

We have a very mixed experience with our stay, The house is placed in a fantastic area, nature, fresh air & the views are fantastic! The room was very clean & decorated The host is very friendly & welcoming BUT… We stayed on Saturday, and there’s in house pizza restaurant, on the first floor,that was fully booked in the evening, a lot of cars & people that came, stayed until late & were very noisy, until we asked them to be more quiet because we simply could not sleep… We had a feeling that the main focus was on the Pizza booked restaurant and not the guests that come to B&B. The breakfast was partly from the organic farmer products(the pastured eggs were great) but pretty much with no variety, no dairy or meats, mainly breads & sweets (

Great host with a passion for a sustainable life. Wonderfull view and spacious room.

Google Maps or the property owner, could have clarified better when to take the sharp left turn, which should have been taken a few meters further than I did. I ended up reversing the car late at night with quite a few not-so-happy dogs in the neighborhood and n.b. the Italian streets are not very generous with their street margins. When the in-house restaurant is not open, it's a bit of a journey to find decent food in the area.

Amazing agriturismo and pizzeria in the Piemonte countryside. Make sure you book your table for dinner as you can't miss it!

No hot water while taking a shower

We were very happy in this freshly renovated and Lovely little Bed & Breakfast fresh and clean,in a little hamlet in the midst of the vineyards, everywhere you look and go looks like a picture postcard! La Tomatica is very well situated to explore the Piedmont region. Eduardo went out of his way to arrange a freezer for ice packs as I am recovering from a nasty broken wrist, and prepared us lovely breakfasts daily, was very attentive and recommended an excellent restaurant with spectacular views, Tra La terre e il Cielo…highly recommend. A/C worked great and the bed was very comfortable!

Large, spacious, clean room with very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Pizza restaurant amazing - beautiful garden setting and the pizza and beer delicious! Sabrina couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming as a host. Lovely breakfast the next morning. Excellent central location for exploring Piedmont. I highly recommend staying here!

Nothing but if I had to say something, it would be nice to put some art on the walls in the Barbera room.

Liked everything, from the size and cleanliness of the room to the kindness of the owner Sabrina. We will surely come back.
