"UN FRAUDE"

Hicimos la reserva el día anterior y el dueño no se puso en contacto con nosotros vía Booking.com en ningún momento.Viajamos con dos niñas y tuvimos que reservar otro lugar.Lo llamé por teléfono y me dijo que iba a arreglar "el asunto" y me llamaría para recoger llaves y hacer check in. Nos escribió a la una de la madrugada a través de wassap,ya estábamos durmiendo, y ya habíamos pagado otro lugar. No sólo no nos contestó si no que ,previa reclamación a Booking.com nos cobraron el importe total. No xanfelamos la reserva,lo que pasó es que no se puso en contacto con nosotros ni nos dió oportunidad de hacer check in.Esto es un FRAUDE y vamos a denunciarlo a la Oficina del Consumidor.

Es un FRAUDE.Una vez que haces la reserva no se ponen en contacto para hacer check in y te cobran la estancia igual sin haber cancelado ni haber pisado el lugar.Una vergüenza.
