Designul, amplasarea față de plajă, atenția la detalii. Au adăugat pătuț suplimentar pentru bebe.

Am primit cameră cu priveliște la Lacul Techirghiol, camera nu era antifonată, somnul a fost perturbat pe toată durata nopții de circulația de pe șosea. Personalul cu intenții bune, dar necalificat. Ospătarii nu au reușit să servească o sticlă de vin corect. Au lăsat-o pe masă fără confirmarea sortimentului, degustare, etc. ulterior, am rugat să ne ajute cu sticla în cameră după un pahar consumat pentru ca era târziu și copiii trebuiau adormiți, ne-au lăsat-o pe masă cu carafa de gheață să ne descurcăm noi cu ea până sus. Prețurile exagerat de mari, atât la cazare, cât și în restaurant, care nu explică serviciile oferite. Apa de la dușul exterior foarte rece, după plajă, era necesar să curățăm nisipul de pe noiînainte de a intra în hotel, iar pentru copii a fost greu de suportat. Capsulele de cafea nu s-au completat în camera după consum.

Consider ca este cea mai buna locatie de pe litoralul romanesc Incepand cu locatia care se afla pe malul marii si are un vibe extraordinar, amenajarile interioare , mancarea, plaja, terasa...totul la superlativ. Felicitari, Alexandra, pentru inca un proiect excellent! Revenim cu drag.

A cozy hotel by the sea — I really loved it. Every detail is well thought out for a comfortable stay. Everything is stylish, functional, and you can feel that the place was created with heart. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and sea view. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. In the bathroom — Rituals cosmetics, slippers, bathrobes. Even small things like a beach bag were provided — very thoughtful. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. If you're looking for a truly amazing sea view, go for the deluxe room with a balcony and sea view. We stayed in a standard room with a balcony and sea view, but it was located right above the restaurant roof — for some people, that might be important Special thanks to the hotel staff, especially the reception girls — kind, professional, and quick to help with any questions. You can tell they love their work and care about guests' opinions. The beach service was also great. The hotel restaurant deserves a separate mention. It made our stay even better — the food was very tasty. Honestly, not every restaurant in Bucharest’s Herăstrău Park cooks this well, if you know what I mean :)

A few small things to note There were some questions about cleaning on the second day, but the reception team quickly took care of it. As for the restaurant — we ordered the pork tomahawk on the first day and it was excellent: beautifully cooked and presented. But when we ordered it again the next day, the same dish looked and tasted completely different. If a dish is made according to a certain standard, it should be exactly the same every time. This kind of consistency is important for guests. But overall, these were small things. We really liked the hotel and would gladly come back.

Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, atent și mereu gata să ajute cu zâmbetul pe buze. Atmosfera caldă și primitoare m-a făcut să mă simt ca acasă. Mâncarea a fost gustoasă, un meniu variabil și servită impecabil – un mare plus pentru Dani, ospătarul care ne-a servit cu profesionalism, prietenie și mult bun-simț!👏 Recomand cu drag acest loc celor care caută relaxare, servicii de calitate și un sejur fără griji. Cu siguranță voi reveni! 🤍
