One thing regarding the parking, there`s no parking available at the location, it`s street parking.

We would have liked a fridge in the room but otherwise it was all very good.

La struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, confortevole, pulita ed in centro ha una posizione strategica. Per chi prende il terno dall'aeroporto (consigliatissimo!) può scendere alla fermata Palermo Lolli che è a due passi. Vicina all'ingresso del mercato storico La Cala, a Piazza della Memoria, al Teatro Massimo insomma a gran parte delle cose da vedere ..Filippo, il gestore della struttura, è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consigliatissimo!

El alojamiento esta bien conectado ya que andando en unos 10-15 minutos llegas al centro mientras paseas por mercados de street food. Hay reataurantes alrededor. La zona esta bien para aparcar el coche y para salir rapido de la ciudad si lo necesitas. La habitacion estaba muy limpia y muy bien decorada, todo era nuevo. Filippo nos ayudó con todo y siempre estaba disponible para facilitarnos la estancia. Un 10/10.

Communication was perfect, room was very clean and is exactly as described.

Shower has very shallow bottom part and draining is not perfect, so water was easily getting out of the shower on the bathroom floor.

Thé, café et rafraîchissement de bienvenue. Échanges et sympathie du propriétaire. Logement neuf et très bien agencé. un magnifique plafond et carrelage d'origine et dans la chambre Le parking Orlando est à 10 minutes à peine à pied. d'autres parking aux alentours

le bruit du chauffe eau lorsqu'il s'allume la nuit mais qui sera résolu prochainement par le propriétaire car il est entrain de mettre une porte.
